America the beautiful!

This week we are proud to announce we will be teaming up with the Keep America Beautiful theme that April brings. To join in on the fun we will be down at the local community garden this whole week every afternoon 5-7pm. During this time we will be planting new plants to enjoy this summer, also if time allows we will be heading over to local park to volunteer for clean up and any other chores that are needed to get ready for the summer. We encourage everyone to come join us this week. The more hands we have the faster we can get things done and the more we can achieve in a week!

This week we are proud to announce that we are having a customer appreciation week to celebrate the great year we have been having and it is all because of our customers! We announced this a couple days ago on our vine so make sure you check it out when we announce the winner on March 31st. 

The vacation will be for a 3 day 4 night stay at Wailea Beach Marriott Resort and Spa. This place is located on a beautiful island known as Kahului, HI. This will be an all expenses paid vacation which you will be able to choose the dates of the vacation in either June or July. Also we will be providing spending money for the whole vacation. This is an all inclusive vacation and is good for either 1 or 2 people.

Here at Logan's Luxury Listings we recently were approached with the opportunity for a partnership we couldn't refuse! Now you may be asking yourself, "what could be this exciting?" Today we are happy to announce our new partnership with Houzz. Houzz is a website where you can find all your unique decorating styles as well as tips and tricks for many other home related areas, but wait there is more! Houzz also offers an awesome forum were you can discuss new ideas with like minded people.

The website itself posts articles that you can read throughout the day as well. They have a store where you can buy anything home related you can think of. There is a button labeled photos that can be used to view millions of different home design photos. A button known as "find a pro" is useful for finding local specialists in your area. One click and you have many different options for pros you can have help you create your unique style home. 

Now we do realize that since we have a stake in what Houzz is doing some people may be skeptical. We welcome this because they are everything we have covered here and more, but don't just take our word for it check out this article from The New York Times and this was written back in 2012! We feel so great about the opportunity that our CEO took the time to create a video to help show you the basics of Houzz and how to sign up. We hope you enjoy this new platform presented here and don't just take our word for it! Home Is Where The Wine Is

We are excited to announce we will be working with Brown Bottle Delivery Co. to go on a wine tour throughout the west side of the great state of Wisconsin. This tour will consist of wine tasting the best wines in Wisconsin as well as showing houses in the area that will please anyone with a taste for the great woodlands of Wisconsin. We have been planning this for some time now and have three locations picked out for the wine parties. These include Pepin, Wi, Menomonie, Wi, and Chippewa Falls, Wi. These locations have been hand picked for their beautiful winery's they have to offer. This way if you decide to purchase your forever home in any of these locations you know that wine is close by because home is where the wine is.

When you think luxury do you think New York?

Today I found an article based on wealthy residents and the largest cities for the wealthy individuals. It came as a surprise that New York was the top city seeing that there are some large industry's on the west cost. To think the east coast is where the top wealthiest live baffled me. When I think luxury the beaches in Florida or the west coast is what pops into my mind. Not the ice bowl that is the east coast right now! Make sure to take a look at the article I found on CNN.com. Something that did not surprise was the fact that the US was the main hub for people worth more than $30 million.

The first paragraph of this article makes you think that the United States would be, for example, the Calvin Klein of places to live. If you are in the market to relocate we find it hard to find a better place to go outside the US. With great colleges and a stable government presence. Depending on what you do for a job can help you slim down on where your next real estate purchase should be. This article breaks everything down for you besides cost of living in these areas. Making a property a "home"

Everybody knows when you set yourself up to create a home for yourself you cant just buy a house and it suddenly becomes a home. To make a house or property into a home you have to have your own unique style and add things to show what type of person you are. The paint you pick, the bedding you put in, and any decorations you pick will show your personality and style. This can be as easy as decorating and painting for some, but we also know this can be one of the most challenging obstacles for others. This is why we have decided to bring something new into our post this week.

Today we are featuring SGK Art Studio in our post. They are a company that specializes in unique fun art that can style for anyone out there. The art that they have to offer will look great in any luxurious properties you have that needs a little spice to create your own style in a home. During our open house we will be featuring some of the art this studio has to offer.
